We had a superb time in Cape Town and again thank you for the professional and speedy service. Ah, the Blue Train was something else!!! Before using the Blue Train, I thought it was just an ordinary train(like metro rail) with just a little improvement here and there, but voila. When we got on board, I realized that this was not just an ordinary train, but "thee Blue Train". The Blue Train is pure Class and Elegance which is showcased in every manner possible. What an awesome experience!!! The train interior is so beautiful and classy, Management and staff were friendly and professional. The food was divine and the presentation was superb. As for the Butler (Jomo), Waiters (in particular Tony) and Chefs, to them I say, you all did a fantastic job keep it up. Cherry on top was the birthday surprise and gift. 🙂 This is by far the best journey we have ever had. The flight was also fine we did not experience any problems. We did not have water in our suite on Tuesday morning, but we informed the butler (Jomo) and he arranged for us to use an unoccupied suite. Management came and apologized, anyway we would let the minor glitch to ruin our journey. In conclusion we would say that this was truly a one of a kind experience which has been engraved in our minds and will never be forgotten.

Thank you very much for all the hard work and the efficient handling of my booking for the Blue Train. I am really looking forward to the most amazing experience on the tour once again. I found Matjiesfontein very interesting on the way to Pretoria last time, and am excited about getting to see Kimberley for the first time in my life on this trip.

We really enjoyed the Blue Train trip – the whole process from booking until the end was well organized and hassle free. The children didn’t want to get of the train. The only thing that did not work was the WiFi, but who cares about that? The food was beautifully presented, tasteful and the service was excellent.

Thank you for your mail and all of your kind assistance with our travel arrangements. Everything went very well, all according to plan. We had an awesome holiday and would probably do it again.
